Shipping Info
All orders are shipped via USPS priority Mail Flat Rate for both domestic and International shipping. For domestic shipping, all orders are processed within 24 hours and ship 2-3 day. For international shipping, all orders are processed within 24 hours and ship 7-14 days depending on location.
Local orders are processed within 24 hours and available for optional in-store pick up 1-2 days after purchase. Pick up order during business hours at Thread Count Shirts (located at 209 E. Broad Street Richmond, VA). Business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays by appointment, and Closed on Sundays.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product excluding shipping. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, including any extras shipped along with the order. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges are also accepted if a wrong size was ordered. The customer is responsible for both the exchange and return shipping.
